Why is Littleton So White?

Kyrha Borja wrote her history research paper in Junior year about the socio-economic racism that created Littleton's racial demographics today. She summarized her main ideas in a speech at the black lives matter vigil on August 8th, and graciously agreed to make the research paper available to the general public through publication on LHPress.
